How We Work
We do not provide quotes without visiting the site. Construction projects are too variable to price accurately from a phone call or photos — ground conditions, the condition of existing structures, and services routing all affect cost and programme significantly.
When we visit, we look at the project properly and ask the right questions. We then prepare a clear, itemised quotation that sets out what is and is not included.
We are honest about what we can and cannot do, and about the timescales involved. We are a young company building a reputation — we are not going to damage that by overpromising.
